Brent Lieberman is the Founding Principal of Levelan Partners, its affiliate, Levelan Management Co., and Broker of Record for Levelan Realty Group, a registered brokerage

firm in the State of Florida.

 

Following a capital advisory role at Blackstone in New York City, Brent joined Amstar Group, a real estate private equity firm globally headquartered in Denver. There, he was responsible for the firm’s acquisitions and asset management of a European Family Office’s portfolio both domestically and internationally.

 

Electing to move back to his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, the Townsend Group brought Brent on board to join its Special Situations Group, a dedicated team of eight individuals responsible for the company’s $5B joint venture and co-investment program. Brent handled $40M single asset transactions to over $1B portfolio acquisitions across all property types, geographies, and invested in all areas of the capital stack including equity, preferred equity, and structured debt. Brent predominantly invested in properties located in the Southeast, U.S, as well as multiple assignments in Japan.

 

Understanding the growing demand for industrial warehouses across the country, Brent left Townsend in 2019 to create Levelan Partners with a focus on value-add and development investment opportunities.

 

Brent graduated with dual degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Brent lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife and son.
